Guidelines covering cancellations, damaged shipments, and warranty support for Interface Fluidics products and services.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Interface Fluidics manufactures microfluidic chips, fixtures, and instrumentation to match project specifications. Once fabrication or assembly has begun, orders are considered final and are not eligible for cancellation or return. Please review technical drawings, bills of materials, and statements of work before approving a purchase order.
Testing & Laboratory Services
Project-based services require advance planning, lab scheduling, and resource allocation. Fees billed for completed milestones, testing, data processing, or reporting are non-refundable. If timelines or project scope need to change, contact your project manager as early as possible so we can evaluate available options.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. If transit damage or a defect in materials or workmanship is discovered, notify Interface Fluidics within five (5) business days at info@interfacefluidics.com. Include photos, serial numbers, and a description of the issue. We will coordinate repair, replacement, or other corrective action when the claim is validated.
Warranty Support
Warranty coverage varies by product line and will be detailed in your sales agreement or statement of work. When warranty service is required, reach out to your Interface Fluidics representative with documentation of the issue. We will provide repair guidance, replacement components, or field support as covered by the applicable warranty terms.
